    If the refill is appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to your local pharmacy. If follow-up, lab work, or care from your regular prescriber is more appropriate, your provider will let you know.

Is a Refill Evaluation Right for You?

Appropriate For:

  • Most established maintenance medications
  • Medications previously taken and well tolerated
  • Blood pressure or cholesterol medications
  • Thyroid or allergy medications
  • Reflux or other ongoing condition medications
  • Running low or unexpectedly out of a routine medication
  • Recently moved or traveling without your prescription
  • Unable to reach your regular provider in time

Not available through this service:

  • Controlled substances
  • Medications requiring close lab monitoring
  • Medications requiring physical examination
  • Ongoing specialist-managed medications
  • New medications for new conditions

Submitting a request does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. The provider must first determine the medication is safe and appropriate based on the information provided.

Would highly recommend Robyn to any family who needs kind, compassionate, responsive, and superior care. I feel heard, as a mother, which is sadly very rare when engaging with the healthcare system. Telehealth is so convenient when you have kids and you need someone in the medical field to hear your concerns, lay "eyes" on your child, and to share expert advice/concerns. It’s a great option for illness that can be treated at home. It can also be a perfect first step for illness or injury that needs hands-on medical care, especially if you're not 100% sure if dragging your entire family to an expensive doctor visit or ER trip is necessary. The PA was so nice. When my Rx wasn't at the pharmacy, I called the number and she answered right away. She immediately called my pharmacy and within 20 minutes, my Rx was ready. I recommend this service, it was quick, friendly and perfect for after hours.

I will definitely use On Call Urgent Care again. I was out of town and needed to see a dr. I found this service. I made an appt for the next day and the Dr. Msgd me and asked if I wanted to go ahead and have the visit instead of waiting until the next day. So thats what we did. It was so quick and easy. Not even a 5 min phone call. I was able to text any questions I had to the Dr. & her response was quick. She called in my script and it was done.
